In collaboration with the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY-ESF), SIG assisted in a financial evaluation of a poplar plantation in Oregon; feeding wood chips to bioenergy plants. SIG provided a full review of establishment and maintenance costs including irrigation costs, designing a framework for a yield model, and the inclusion of a cost and revenue escalation function.
