Oliver Baldwin Edwards

Oliver is a Software Engineer for Spatial Informatics Group who is passionate about taking creative, data-driven approaches to problem solving. He is especially interested in evolutionary computation, machine learning, and natural language processing and has experience in both research and software development settings. He recently graduated from Amherst College with a degree in both Computer Science and Statistics. At Amherst he was named a Ginsburg Fellow and a McGeoch Fellow by the Department of Computer Science and was inducted into the National Honorary Society for Statistics by the Department of Statistics.
