Megan Danielson received a B.S. from the University of San Francisco (USF) in Environmental Science. She is currently the manager of the Geospatial Analysis Lab at USF where she takes on a variety of roles including: coordinating the implementation of the GIS curriculum, assisting in GIS instruction and managing faculty and student research projects. Megan’s role with the SERVIR team is to provide technical assistance and to bring resources and relationships from USF to the SERVIR network. In conjunction with her responsibilities at USF and SERVIR, Megan is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Health. She is interested in integrating GIS and spatial statistics to reduce public health disparities.
